K&N Management is committed to giving back to our local communities in Austin and Round Rock, Texas. We want to positively impact our community, in a sustainable way, by encouraging team member volunteerism and streamlining charitable contributions.
Community Impact is a focus for our company. We work with a number of local charities to participate in events where our team members can volunteer time or funds to help.
In addition to the calendar of events, K&N Management has partnered long-term with Austin Habitat for Humanity and donates $65,000 a year to the charity through a team member donation and company match program.
Habitat for Humanity
Austin Habitat for Humanity has a vision of eliminating poverty housing through the power of homeownership. They bring people together to produce, preserve and advocate for affordable homeownership. We are going to build a K&N Management sponsored home with monies donated from the company and our employees and volunteer hours from our team members each year during our partnership. We raised enough funds in 2010 to build a home that was dedicated to a deserving family in April 2011.
Donation Requests
We strive to leverage our resources in a way that will have the greatest impact on our local community. In order to do so, we have partnered long term with a local charity that aligns with our organization’s core values and allows our team members opportunity for involvement. We will also accept and consider requests for the donation of gift cards.
If you would like to request that Rudy’s “Country Store” & Bar-B-Q or Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries and Shakes provide gift cards for use in a silent auction, raffle, or as prizes for your event, please fill out the online donation request form and submit it for review.
Rudy’s “Country Store” & Bar-B-Q and Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries and Shakes accept and review requests for gift card donations according to the following guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted with a completed Donation Request Form AND a letter on the requesting organization’s letterhead stating the purpose of the donation and the organization’s history. Please no phone calls.
- Completed Donation Request Forms, along with the Statement of Purpose and History, must be submitted a minimum of 90 days prior to the event date.
- K&N Management will not make food or cash donations.
