Ken Schiller and Brian Nolen got into the restaurant business in 1993. K&N Management was created based on their common love of excellence, which drives the organization to excel in everything it does. Rudy’s Austin opened its doors for business in 1994 and K&N has opened 3 more locations since. Today, Rudy’s North Austin is the #1 restaurant in food sales per square foot out of approximately 67,000 total restaurants in Texas.
